Legitimate employment positions with SAP&DC are always advertised on our website ( and in the local paper. SAP&DC has never and will not enter into an employment contract. Please forward any questions or issues regarding this fraudulent activity to Deborah Shaffer at Law enforcement has been notified and SAP&DC is cooperating and assisting fully with any investigation. SAP&DC is also thoroughly investigating this fraudulent activity and taking action to thwart any further attempts.

The Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission (SAP&DC) fully with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, Executive Order 12898 on Environmental Justice, and related nondiscrimination statutes and regulations in all programs and activities. All Title VI complaints must be submitted in writing using the Title VI Complaint Form in accordance with the SAP&DC Title VI Complaint Procedures.
